KMR high-speed bar cutting saw adds 4 tonnes input bundle capacity and extends cut length capacity to 1000mm

Two new optional features provide even more efficient performance from the Kaltenbach KMR 100 AP circular saw.

An Expanded Bundle Magazine for material bundles from 2000 to 6000mm long with a maximum bundle of ø800mm (0.5m²) and loads of 4 tons, giving added unattended flexibility.

An Extended Output Conveyor to enable greater cut lengths of up to 1000mm. The unit incorporates an integrated motorised table, with a lift-off device to push cut components onto a storage rack with a length capacity of 800mm. Trim-cut lengths and remnants are separated via a chute to a cut-off and scrap container.

The dramatic gains in cutting performance of the KMR have been achieved via extensive research, combined with Kaltenbach’s established circular sawing expertise, with some 60,000 machines in service.
