The Kaltenbach KMR 100 AP high volume, straight cutting circular sawing system
is designed for rapid, accurate straight cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals,

a full cuttingcycle for example is less than 15 seconds for a 70mm dia bar.
Cutting capacity is up to 100mmdiameter or 80mm square with the KMR 100 AP
utilising either HSS or TCT, 370mm diameter blades.

The KMR100 AP is deal for high volume sawing applications, typically for the
automotive sector, stockholders orsub-contractors with continuous batch cutting
requirements.

The first of a completely new Kaltenbach design configuration, the KMR uses renowned
Kaltenbach circularsawing technology. The cutting speed, accuracy and finish is assisted

by sawing stabilisers on both sides ofthe saw blade and horizontal clamping both sides of

the cut. Automatic saw blade withdrawal away fromthe cut surface prior to the return stroke,

helps ensure the best possible cut finish.

An inclined magazine is offered as standard for round material with a capacity from 2000

to 6000mm long,with options to also accept square sections and longer materials. Other

standard features include; a chipconveyor, atomised coolant system and a CNC pusher

and length stop measuring system. The drop-down protective safety hood has a large

viewing area and input controls are via a neat eye-level touch pad paneland screen.
